Alexander II Proof Rouble 1870 CПБ-HI PR62 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-Y25, Bit-83. Obv. Crowned double-headed eagle, with orb and scepter. Rev. Crowned date and value within wreath. An attractive Proof example, with golden patina over fully mirrored fields on the obverse and nicely reflective reverse fields beneath bluish-gray patina.
