Nicholas I Poltina (1/2 Rouble) 1832 CПБ-HГ MS63 NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-C167.1, Bit-236 (R1). Fully prooflike fields. Mottled gray and russet patina, with sharply struck details and a noticeable prooflike appearance. We note that NGC has certified one example of this type as "MSPL" and there seems to be no reason that this piece should not have been certified "Prooflike."
