Catherine II gold 5 Roubles 1778-CПБ AU53 NGC, St._x000D_ Petersburg mint, KM-C78b, Bitkin-76 (R), Petrov 12 Roubles. Obv._x000D_ Crowned and draped bust of Catherine II right. Rev. Cruciform_x000D_ crowned shields with date in angles. Well struck and quite pleasing_x000D_ for the stated grade with abundant remaining mint luster. A few_x000D_ light contact marks are noted, none of which are of singular_x000D_ importance. Only two examples have been certified by NGC and PCGS_x000D_ combined with this the finer of the two. Much rarer than one might_x000D_ expect.
