Rev._x000D_ Date and value in wreath. Abundant luster, with a bold strike for_x000D_ the issue. Only a few light marks are noticeable, with minor_x000D_ spotting. Only a single piece has been certified finer (MS65). Rare_x000D_ in this near-Gem condition.
