Alexander I 20 Kopecks 1824 CПБ-ПД MS65 NGC, St. Petersburg_x000D_ mint, Bitkin-211, KM-C128. Obv. Crowned double-headed Imperial_x000D_ eagle with date. Rev. Crowned value in wreath. Brilliant white_x000D_ luster, with reflective surfaces on both sides. The wreath, on the_x000D_ reverse, is a bit softly struck, but the overall appearance is_x000D_ superb and no significant flaws are noted. One of only two examples_x000D_ certified in MS65 by NGC and PCGS combined.
