Crudely struck, as_x000D_ are virtually all examples of this issue, with rich_x000D_ chocolate-toning. Minor flan flaws aside, this is the only example_x000D_ certified in Mint State by NGC and PCGS combined, and is therefore_x000D_ an impossible to ignore piece, one exemplifying the very notion of_x000D_ conditional rarity.
